Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the daily activities of the logistics team
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor inventory movement, stock accuracy, and warehouse organisation
- Ensure orders are processed, packed, and dispatched on time
- Support transport planning and delivery scheduling
- Allocate tasks to team members and monitor productivity
- Train, guide, and motivate team members to meet operational targets
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company procedures
- Identify operational issues and implement practical improvements
- Work closely with warehouse, transport, procurement, and customer service teams
- Prepare basic reports on team performance, stock issues, and delivery activities
- Help maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role is preferred
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good understanding of logistics processes, stock control, and distribution operations
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse or logistics systems
- Flexibility to work shifts when required
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
- Experience using ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems
- Forklift certificate is an advantage, where applicable
- Language - Fluent in English
